About me
My passion is learning and staying open and curious, never settling on what I know but always expanding. This is why a degree in social work wasn't enough for me, and in pursuing a master's degree in education with a focus on childhood studies and children's rights, I also expanded my skillset in learning design, graphic design, production and my latest pursuit: reading therapy.
I love combining academia with creativity, making complex issues digestible and, most importantly, giving a voice to the unheard and shining the spotlight on the unseen by using the transformative power of education and the arts to instigate social change and empower marginalised communities.

I have a holistic approach to community transformation in Southern Africa and globally. My goal is always to foster positive change and empowerment with what I do, and feminist theories and ethics are at the core of my work. My diverse skill set and expertise are my very personal A-Team that I can gather and adapt depending on the project I'm working on. And I don't plan to stop here: there is always something new to learn in this ever-changing and evolving world of ours, new issues to tackle and new problems to solve.
